Cancellation Policy

At Yoga Riva + Reformer Pilates , we aim to provide a flexible and accommodating experience for all our clients. To facilitate this, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class time. No Fee: There are no fees for cancelling or rescheduling a class, provided the request is made at least 12 hours in advance. Late Cancellations: If you cancel or request to reschedule a class within 24 hours of the scheduled class time, you will be charged the full price of the class and will not be eligible for a refund. Refund Policy Class Packages and Memberships: Unused Packages: If you have purchased a class package or membership and have not used any of the classes, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Partially Used Packages: If you have used any classes from a package, refunds will be prorated based on the number of classes used. Expired Packages: No refunds will be issued for expired class packages. Workshops and Special Events: Cancellations for workshops or special events must be made at least 48 hours before the event to receive a full refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.
