
Hi, I’m Riva! I’m passionate about helping people move with strength, ease, and confidence through yoga and reformer Pilates. Over the years, I’ve found so much joy in guiding others to connect with their bodies, release tension, and discover the benefits of mindful movement.
I teach a variety of yoga styles—including Vinyasa, Yin, Prenatal, Postnatal, and Trauma-Informed yoga—blending breath, alignment, and meditation to create classes that build flexibility, balance, and inner calm. My goal is always to create a welcoming space where every student feels supported on their wellness journey.
Alongside yoga, I’m also a certified STOTT Reformer Pilates instructor. I love how the Reformer combines precision, flow, and control to improve posture, core strength, and overall mobility. With personalized guidance, I help clients move pain-free and feel stronger in their daily lives.
