1. I’m a complete beginner—can I still join your yoga or reformer Pilates classes?
Yes! Our yoga and reformer Pilates classes are mixed levels. However, most students find the Hatha yoga an easier intro to yoga than Vinyasa. Reformer sessions are 1-1 so the classes are tailored to the student. We provide clear instructions, modifications, and adjustments so you can build strength and flexibility at your own pace.

2. What should I bring to my first class?
For yoga classes, bring a mat if you have one (we have extras available). For reformer Pilates, we recommend comfortable, fitted clothing and grip socks for stability on the reformer. A water bottle and small towel are also helpful to keep you comfortable.

3. What’s the difference between yoga and reformer Pilates?
Yoga focuses on mindful movement, breathwork, and flexibility, helping reduce stress and improve mental clarity. Reformer Pilates uses specialized equipment to strengthen the core, improve alignment, and increase mobility. Practicing both offers a complete approach to fitness and wellness.
4. Where are the session for the Yoga and Reformer Pilates?
Yoga sessions are help at 1st floor of Spital Street Methodist Church 43 Spital St, Dartford DA1 2DX Reformer Pilates sessions are currently held at a home studio in West hill Dartford.

5. How often should I practice to see results?
Most people notice benefits such as increased energy, better posture, and greater strength after just a few sessions. For best results, we recommend attending 2–3 yoga or Pilates classes per week, but even one class a week can bring lasting improvements.

6. Do I need to book in advance, or can I drop in?
We suggest booking ahead to guarantee a spot—especially for reformer Pilates classes, which have limited spaces. However, if there’s room, we’re always happy to welcome drop-in students for yoga and Pilates.
