Cancellation Policy
Refund and Cancellation Policy for Yoga Riva + Reformer Pilates Classes At Yoga Riva + Reformer Pilates, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our clients. To ensure a smooth operation and accommodate all our clients, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy 12-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class time. Processing Fee: A £5 processing fee will be charged for each cancellation or rescheduling request. Late Cancellations: If you cancel or request to reschedule a class within 12 hours of the scheduled class time, you will be charged the full price of the class and will not be eligible for a refund. Refund Policy Class Packages and Memberships: Unused Packages: If you have purchased a class package or membership and have not used any of the classes, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. A £5 processing fee will apply.
